How fast can a staffing agency actually fill a role?

For high-volume roles like warehouse, caregiving, and general labor, Valden usually presents verified candidates within 48 hours and has someone on-site the same week. Specialized roles — licensed trades, senior IT, accounting leadership — typically take one to two weeks. You get a realistic timeline on the intake call, not a sales answer.

What does staffing through Valden cost?

You pay one hourly bill rate per worker that covers their wages, payroll taxes, workers' compensation, and Valden's service. There are no placement fees for temporary roles and no invoices until a worker's first hour is on the clock. Direct-hire placements are quoted as a one-time fee.

Who employs the workers Valden places?

Valden Staffing does. Every temporary placement is our W-2 employee — we run payroll, carry workers' comp, and handle unemployment insurance. Your team supervises the work; we carry the employment burden.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Tell your coordinator and we replace them fast. If a temporary worker isn't a fit within their first shift, you don't pay for that shift. Our incentive is a worker you want to keep.

Can we hire a Valden worker permanently?

Yes. Temp-to-hire conversion is built into our agreements with a straightforward schedule — the longer a worker has been on assignment with you, the lower the conversion fee, down to zero.
